Hi, I am in desperate need for a 1991 Isuzu Trooper MUA5 shop manual. Me and my son are trying to finish his project. We just replaced the 2.8l v6 with a 1995 gm 3.4l from a Camaro. we rebuilt the engine together and set it in. now we have the 5 speed somewhat apart but hit a wall in the transfer case trying to remove slider / synchro on the backside.
a detailed manual will go a long way to our finishing this project together.
In the first instance a lot of what you ask for should be in this manual. http://www.mediafire.com/?nl4zovm1qkg5vs4 Its for the isuzu based ute but covers the MUA gearbox as a complete chapter. Ive never had a manual for your model Trooper and none of my manuals are for the American version but 90% should be correct and the rest should be fairly obvious. In the second instance though you have a few special problems. Both the motors you quote are Chevy motors not Isuzu. To the best of my knowledge they were always behind a TH350 auto trans if auto not the Assin Warner we see. Ive had nothing to do with the manual version but would of expected an American based 5 speed not the MUA. If it is a chevy 5 speed I dont know how to help

Hi am after a User Manual / Workshop Manual for a 1996 Isuzu Mu 3.1D , 4JG2-T, Body UCS69.
Am new to the site, and have had poke around, but didn't managed to find anything, so apologies in advance for this "Rookie" request! I used to have a actual Workshop Manual for 4JG2-T but has gone missing....
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4123 has all the manuals there is. I dont believe a Mu manual exists but the trooper manual covers the mechanicals and the kb ute pretty much everything else
