Are the auto and manual bearings the same ? Looking for a auto bearing and can only find manual ones

Dont know for sure but there are 5 times as many 4jg2 autos. Does the auto even need a spigot bearing?
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
