Would it be any good for the 3.1? wouldn't need the bonnet as would fit the scoop to mine, or repaint the bonnet... hmmm, frieght to the north island could be an issue as well

Only real difference between the 2.8 and 3.1 intercooler is that the 3.1 has 3.1 on the chrome surround.
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
