Cant help with USA prices or where to get the parts.
Assuming the worst you need new front calipers and brake hoses and rotors. The rotors will have sensors for ABS so will cost a little more but still not that bad. I would guess in NZ this would be around 1500NZ for parts and 3 hours labour.
You might be lucky and find the rotors will skim up and the leak is just a hose and the caliper ok or visa versa or the calipers just need a seal kit
