holy crap that is impressive, It almost looked like he had a second set of springs inverted on top of the normal ones

He does. If you look closely it is a spring that drops down at the rear to give more flex.

Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

wen ever i 4wd i always wear my boardshorts with my shoes a polyprop and a tshirt that way wen i get wet i dry quick compared to sitting in wet clothes all day

My mates shorty safari with a 3 inch lift and 33s like me cant get up on top of these ramps like this..
