Exhaust upgrade-dump pipe

G,day all.just picked up a 91 jack 2.8,T/D.Neded to boost power for towing so am doing the larger exhaust.I would like to know or hear from some one who has made their own dump pipe and whats involved.Have had a look at some other posts but would still like to know more.Prices for aftermarket DP,s some a lot of money

Was a guy on here making them, not sure if he still does.
But they were pretty cheap. But you can also make your own out of 2 standard off the shelf bends.
Just measure and check and check carefully so you have room for other things. For the one I got you need to change to the 3.1 oil cooler which presents a few challenges when running coolant lines.
This changes the oil filter location and is one thing you need to make sure you have room for

bring up an old post here but same question for a 93 3.1 lwb bighorn... any ideas in whats involved, how hard etc and what size? 3 inch??
