Diff ratio

Postby molus » Tue Jul 01, 2014 11:52 am

Currently running 33in kuhmos. Currently the speedo is out around 9% at 100kph and also want to gear down my low range. Currently have 4.3 diff heads. Was thinking of putting the 4.55 LSD from 2.8l. Am I right in thinking a 6% reduction in speed. And also how will this affect my certification. Thanks

diff ratios not relevent to cert 4.5s can be found in 2.8 Mus and 2.6 petrol bighorns and some 2.8 bighorns. Double check the ration before pulling them out though
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
