1996 Isuzu Holden Rodeo Temperature Sensor

Hi....My tenperature gauge is not working on my 1996 Holden Rodeo. I thought I would start at the easy end and work back. No so easy. After weeks of looking, I think I have found it. Only thing is the outer end looks different to any sensors I have googled for this model. Can some one show me via a diagram if possible where the sensor is, as all previous written directions have led me nowhere.
