replacing windscreen wiper motor

any trick to it or quite straight foward. I was wondering if you had to wire it first and turn it on / off so its correctly parked before connecting to the wipers.

If you have the complete mechanism from a wrecker it should just bolt in. If its a new motor there might be some fiddling to get it right
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
