hi my 4jg2 is slow to wind over it has a good battery and starter was replaced with a new one 2 years ago any ideas

Bad connection on battery. Was the starter new rebuilt or second hand? How did you test your battery?
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
