Hi, I have an Isuzu Bighorn 1987 other than a few things wrong with her, she goes great and still looks great. My Question to you is she worth doing up and keeping or sell it for all I can get. 300,000kms

87 would be a ubs55 which is really second generation. The ubs16 and 17 go back to 84
Whether its worth fixing depends on a lot of things ie your attachment what is wrong with it and how good the good bits are. Also how much it is worth as is v how much it is worth fixed.
I had the same delema with my 89 bighorn 5 years ago Really then the list of things from the mechanic was just too big to justify. None of the items were going to cost more than a couple of hundred each but when there are 10 of those and several smaller things it was time to say goodby to my ride of 19 years. A wrecker gave me a generous payout
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
