Shocks Upgrade

My 2016 Isuzu MU-X LS-M needs a shocks upgrade. Are Bilstein shocks highly recommended? I am currently looking at their HD shocks.

Bilstines are gold standard on road cars but dont know the off road options. No one can afford them
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
