97 Isuzu Trooper Jerking

My truck when driven it would jerk hard when accelerating as well as when I stop to a complete stop it jerks as well. I dont think its a transmission issue because it was working just fine before the valve cover,intake and,heatercore,radiator, throttle positionin sensor, radiator and hoses were replaced. gaskets were replaced . does anyone know what the problem is? Its a nice truck and dont want to get rid of it. I also was told that the CV joints were bad on it can that be it?

Is it petrol. Sounds like bad spark plug leads or spark plugs
