Quite a few are running up to 16 with no issue. 14 is fine

Hi ONO2HI,

If I increased the boost to say 15 or 16 will I need an intercooler or can I get away with out one, I have only done the exhaust on my Mu.

if you wind the fuel up to match it would be a wise idea but otherwise it wont make a lot of difference. Its fuel not boost that puts up the exhaust temp which does the damage. Of cause you normally up the boost so you can have more fuel

What if you increase boost on the 3.1 EFI ? Does the pump automatically adjust for this. Sorry to hijack thread.

What is the upper limit the 2.8 would be able to handle before she starts punching holes in the block?

Powertruck and Superturbocompound are the best to answer this. They have tried much more than the rest of us
