2.6 to 2.8

Postby jellis » Tue Sep 20, 2011 11:27 am

hey fella's

i have decided i want a ute.
there is a 2.6 litre mu ute for sale up the road from me for cheap.

how hard would it be to put my 2.8td in the engine bay instead of the 2.6 petrol?
what needs to be changed is it just a bolt in swap or am i going to have to do alot of mucking around.
gearbox mounts and stuff the same.

it would proabably be easier to just buy a rodeo ute but i have my rebuilt 2.8 litre that i dont want to sell.
cheers
cheers, Josh
