yes the rubber boot between intercooler and bonnet scoop as this will force the air onto the i/c without it ,it wont have barely any effect

cheers, will any old scoop do ? or is there something about the Mu scoop that makes it work better?

the isuzu scoop is one of the better looking ones around unless you want to chuck on a wrx scoop and factory one would be cheaper
