Hey, Can a 4HE1 Isuzu Motor fit in a 1998 Isuzu Wizard (Rodeo)? The 4HE1 is out of a Isuzu NPR. Does anyone know of any trouble vise the computer issue which will be solved by intalling the NPR computer. Does anyone know of someone who has done this before.

The above might help.
Thats a very big engine and very low reving. I can see it hitting the red line at the speed limit with 4.3 diffs and 35 inch tyres. However it will climb anything you point it at
A 4jh1 would be a better bet
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

A tape measure will probably tell you it wont fit.
Those big engines are heavy and slow reving. A 4jg2 revs to 4k This is a common Frontera motor $jx2 is the same. Your 4h range of motors all have red lines below 3k
Not impossible but I see big problems fitting it, upgrading the suspension, Trying to go round a corner etc
