The birds and the bs

Postby slightlydodgy » Mon Oct 12, 2009 5:38 pm

I have a very industrius bird around who keeps trying to build its nest under my brake booster where all the wiring comes through the firewall and all my ignition coil etc sits ImageAny one got any thoughts how to stop it By the way the bs come into it with some of the words I say as I clean out the nest

Because it was there are no leaks that anyone (including garages) can find and the brakes work at full strength but every 2 months or so the brake resiviour suddny empties you fill it and all is good

I know a vet who got sick of a non paying client. He popped the clients hood at the pub and laid cow cleanings (retained and rotton afterbirth) on the radiator. They smell bad to begin with but you can imagine when his car warmed up on a cold spring evening and they baked on

Cant be much worse than pork chops lost under a seat just before going on a 2 week summer holiday in a different car. This happened to a workmates company car.

The prob is that there is a dodgy ignition wire somewhere and the bird disturbs it. Kind of embarrassing popping the bonnet in town and throwing out a birds nest to get to the wiring cost the ute won't fire. No nest no problem

Your lucky its not a diesel. That nest would be sitting on the turbo. (think behive matches)
