hi im new pls help i want to know wheres the bleeding screw located on the pump same pump as in the photos

Hi Guys! i just joined the club and very interested on your discussion, mine is an Izusu Vega 2.8 turbo diesel and in one of the pictures i saw a vacuum unit with a red big arrow pointing to a rubber hose, would you mind telling me where this hose is connected to, because mine has no rubber connected to it but it's running perfectly? Although, i must say i plan to adjust the timing and increase fuel flow to increase power.

The thing is a boost compensator it increases fuel with boost. The line goes between the turbo and inlet manifold
