it's on the injector pump, It increases the amount of fuel delivered as the air pressure increases

It's the plunger off the top of the pump that increases fuel with boost.

That might be why you dont have that pipe. The computer does it automatically.
You can increase the fuel by adjusting the fuel delivery screw in the same way as non efi models but it also increases idle speed. Not sure whether or not its a worthwhile mod on an efi one
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

hi yarno

have you taken the pump apart?

when getting rid of the vaccum line set up I have always run one straight from pressurised side of turbo to the nipple a bit lower down on the pump coming off the back, which has a diaphram on it. running it off the one that youve arrowed made no difference, will pull an old pump apart an have a look proper over next few weeks.

the screw with the lock nut under the green cap in your photo yarno is where you increase the fuel, thats where it is on a 5.9 cummins pump, I don't see why it would be different on these pumps?

The arrow is pointing to the diaphragm...undedr that gold top is a rubber diaphgram that pushes down on a shaft that would normally restrict the full fuel position of the throttle lever. When it moves down it gives it more length of throttle and more fuel delivery if you have the boost pressure.

Pry off cap and loosen lock nut, I turned in (clockwise)mine one full turn, then hold screw and tighten lock nut, on my Cummins I went two full turns but that might be a little too crazy on a Isuzu, I did notice a differance with one turn on my 2.5,

You usually only need up to a turn at the most, but it depends on what you have done. Just keep tweaking it a little bit at a time untill it just starts to blow black under heavy accleration.
