Ok we forget the year of the donor truck
There are 2 versions of 4jg2 that it might be. First up to about 96 is all mechanical and should pretty much bolt in. You will have an exhaust issue if you dont have the dump pipe with the engine and the gearboxes have different rear drive outputs and rear driveshafts because of this. Otherwise as easy as any other motor swap
From 96 the injector pump was electronically controlled. This is identifiable by a box on the back of the injector pump your 4jb1 doesnt have and the lack of throttle cable. If you dont have the ecu and loom you will have substantial issues. Hunting down an earlier pump will be the easiest fix
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
