hi does any one know the steps of changing the timing belt and also getting the red light of the dash once comple :mrgreen:

I am pretty sure that its all in the old forum and has not been discussed or transplanted here YET.
Here is the link to the old READ ONLY forum, if no else has a better answer do a search on it and you should fine some good articles on it. From memory theres even a pictures for the dask light issue.

we cannot find the bolt hole in the cam pulley to line it up there is only a hole in the injector pump pulley
has anyone got info on lining them up i just dont want to ruin the little mu

possibly look different as these pics are from my 2.8 not a 3.1, but it gives you an idea what to look for. Red circles are the bolts, there an M8 x 1.5 thread.
