QWS next best step?

Postby TriikorSFS » Thu Aug 25, 2016 9:34 am

My 3.1 bighorn has perfromance issues, very slow take offs. Im talking slower than a scooter unless i give alot of gas.
I have replaced the cracked exhaust manifold and fitted another turbo due the previous had a whine at shutoff.

QWS the best step to look next? Ive never used the switch myself. How can I tell if its stuck? The exhaust is near slient and makes a flutter sound if thats any help

I would be looking in this order
air filte
fuel filter
fit boost guage and check decent boost
check boost compensator pipe from crossover pipe to injector pump
check for restrictions in inlet or exhaust
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
