Vacuum line to control exhaust flap

Postby MU31TD » Sat Jan 09, 2010 12:21 pm

I'm planning to put 2,5" exhaust after dump pipe and found this massive solenoid/mechanism half way down the exhaust pipe. This looks like a cold start assist. The exhaust shop will get rid of it.

Can I disconnect and block the vac line at the control valve near intake pipe?
