i want to put a 3.8 commy engine in the mu. but not too sure about it, gearbox (5 speed) im not sure about the stud patterns etc. the rest i can deal with i reakon.

im starting to look at some adapter plates for the mu.

RODEO & JACKAROOS HYDRAULIC CLUTCH 4CYL, could some one help me and have a look if this adapter plate would work with my gearbox??
thinking about a vt-vx model engine.

Yes that should work with your gearbox. AP-111

Looks right and almost as much as your v6
A couple of things to check. I belive the manual v6 is different to the auto in more ways than just the flywheel. They are also rare. Can they convert an auto to manual
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
