New snorkel

Postby mudgrip4 » Fri Feb 05, 2010 9:17 am

Having some trouble finding a snorkel for latest 88 bighorn 2.8. Had an Airflow fitted on earlier truck but can't find one now. Any ideas as to where I could source one - or alternatives. My local exhaust shop bends them but does not have a full pattern for this model.

Thanks.

The airflow one was designed for the serries 2 Disco so maybe another brand will fit the same.
I know Auto bend have done a couple but have no details
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

Yes I know the autobends guys well but there pipework was incomplete. However have today picked one of the disco ones used on 2.8s - fitted price $530. Quite a few bucks but alot less than a new motor job after a lungful of water.
