yip my steering linkage and you have to bend or cut/weld your gear stick and drop your radiator or get longer hoses and mod the fan shroud. that was what i had to do for a 50mm lift kit

Whats involved in extending the steering linkage? Is it a simple job - it sounds complicated?
Howcome you have to bend the gearstick, does it hit the dash when you shift into the front gears or does it just not fit through the opening in the floor anymore or something?
Im guessing if you dont lift the fuel tank at the same time then your filler hole wont line up with the body either?

The problem with the fuel tank can be that the filler hose is too short, I am going to lift my tank anyway so that it doesn't stick out so far.

Hey BUSHPIG, whats involved in extending the steering linkage? it sounds complicated?
Are the gearstick mods required so it dosent hit the dash, or so it fits through the body opening?

i just turned up a sleeve with the extra length in it i needed on a lathe and the just cut my steering likeage sliped half into each end of sleve made some high tensile pins whitch go thro the sleve and old steering shaft. welded the pins both sides and then welded the shaft to sleve. that way even if weld brakes you will still have steering as its all helded together with pins as well. only did my one that way so i could cert it
