hi im having trouble replacing my shakles whats the best way to get them out and back in easy its on the rear any help would be great

Drown in crc or similar the night before Stick a good jack under your tow bar (or tractor with snig chain :mrgreen: ) to take the the weight off them -leave the wheels sitting lightly on the ground. Make sure you chuck a couple of blocks or axel stands under your chassis in case your jack fails.

If your useing poly bushes and original springs the springs may of taken a set which will make fitting the new bushes almost impossible. The pin will catch the outer bush and push it out every time. Only fix short of spring replacement is to champher the edge of the bush so the pin doesnt catch
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
