TF rodeo Torsion bar adjustment

It may be a silly question but how are the torsion bars on TF rodeos adjusted?

The adjusting bolts (27mm from memory) are on the chassis rails about in line with the front seats. Liberally apply crc or similar undo sway bar Adjust torsion bars to desired height -a jack under the chassis makes it easier Go for a little drive then check both sides are the same Reconnect sway bar then go and get a wheel alignment

Clockwise to raise vehicle
Anti-clockwise to lower vehicle
