95 bighorn manual hubs

Postby Powertruck31T » Mon Jun 29, 2015 11:57 am

Hey guys just wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm looking at putting some manual hubs into my 95 bighorn 3.1. It has the vacuum operated solenoid system on it at the moment. Is it possible to bypass this system or does it have to stay?
Would anyone have a diagram for the vacuum lines and how they should be run?

thanks

Hi guys thanks this is exactly what i was after. Has anyone fitted the manual hubs to one of these systems and if so what was involved?

Someone in Aus has and I do have a set of hubs here to change on mine (only had then 2 years) Slightly better economy Dont know how they did the change but the choises are hard vaccuve to whichever side of the diaphram locks it. Dismantal the clutch and spring lock it in place or change diff . Option one takes under 30 minutes
