Has anyone replaced these I think mine are a bit soft ass wonders aroind a bit I know being swb I need to expect this but just wondering if I can make it a bit better cheers

looking at them they may need pressing out
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

Can drill the rubber out to get the centre piece out, then cut the outside shell with a hack saw then punch it out with a hammer and punch/chizel, put the new one in with a socket in a vise, press is far easier though
