Dont know about the mounts but its a common conversion so cant be too hard. Dont know if you can get an adapter to the isuzu box but you can to a hilux box and the driveshafts will still bolt up

best way iv seen it done that i would like to do is using the 3.1 transfer case to the commy auto. adapter looks easy to make and the rear spline on the auot fit the input on the trasfer, bonus also is you can keep your driveshafts the same if your truck is the 3.1 auto, the speedo will still work sweet, as for the engine mounts fabing up a few mounts is nothing a engine cant do. ill try pics of my mates set up

Sorry to reopen an old thread, but we have just got hold of a v6 commodore with a blown gearbox, and have a 1999 wizard that blew up in 2012 to put it in. I have heard of the series 2 bolting straight up to the 3.2 bighorn trans and was wondering how you ended up doing yours? I'm wondering whether or not to use the 4jx1's auto but need to figure out how hard it will be to mate the two together, or if theres a better alternative.

The normal trick is to mate the transfer case to the engines auto or swap bell housings but the comador is a gm trans and the wizard a jatco so option 2 may not work
