Hi

I was bored so I started to sand paper the intake.I started with rough sand paper and went smoother.I want to do the tappet cover and turbo as well.

looking good, I thought the turbo as well when I had it off but it the end I just wanted my truck back on the road and it would mean I would have to keep my hands clean when putting it back on

No I didn't even take it off.It's only shiny ontop, the pipes going into the head is still dull.

thats quite impressive!!

looks like it's meant to be on a sporty jap like a skyline or something, awesome work i might give this a go but i'll most likely get another manifold if i ever find one and do it off the car.

The heat has no effect on the clear so far (after 5 days).The reason for the clear is to seal the aluminium from the air so it does not go grey again.
