I took mine out first ( 2 different lengths and then took them to the truck engineers down the road and said I need six of these and six of these - he replied sweet as, then i passed him the body lift block and said oh and they need to be this much longer ... ordered in the next day. had to go to 3 places before that happened tho, and they are metric fine 1.25 pitch not coarse as that is apparently completely different

And does anyone know the length of the bolts that are needed?
I know they are all 8.8's 10mm (6 M10 and 6 with a 1.25 pitch)

There are 6 mounts on a single cab rodeo and 6 mounts for the tray. I don't think there are any captive nuts on the body so thread size should not matter
The length will be what you have plus the length of the lifting blocks and all 8.8

Thanks pig75,
Would you happen to know how many mounts are on the dual cab?
Im going to guess its still 6, havent had a chance to crawl under there yet.
Is there any reason you wouldnt use steel as body blocks?
Just i can get this easily and can cut it and drill it at home, where i cant with alloy

Steel should be fine. It's just heavy
I have no idea on how many mounts a dual cab has
when you have done the lift could you post how many blocks you needed so i can update the FAQ

If I remember correctly you need 12 blocks. The bolt length shuld be 160mm for a 51mm (2 inch) lift with lock nuts and the captive bolts (1.25 pitch) about 140mm.

There are 8 10mm on the cab though for some reason the bolts behind the front seat were a tad shorter (can't remember how much -too long ago) My blocks were 50mm umpwe rod bought from an engineers suppliers -white yellow or black taken home and cut and drilled myself. For the tray I used 50mm box drilled and fitted so the blank side was out. My tray had an odd bolt on the rear right? was longer and they were all 12mm. The only real problem was the front crossmember on the tray has captive nuts welded above the crossmember and mine were stuffed. Cutting them out right by the petrol filler was interesting
