Nice thought. Led lights penetrate well but not sure if they can shine through 2 inches of mud and cow leavings

Are they just small fog lamps under the spotlights?,
Not 100% but I think its a max of 4 driving/spotlights over your standard headlights, I will ask the in-law and see what he says.
Cheers,
Andrew

It's a max of 4 driving lights total, so thats your factory headlights plus 2 driving lights. If you have 4 driving lights from factory like say a kenworth, then your not allowed anymore driving lights. Fog lights and day runners are a different class altogether

Well I failed my wof missrabley.

Well it wasn't too bad, wheel bearings, balljoint, rear spring bushes, brake pads and that bloody park brake.
God I am sick of adjusting that every 6 months.

Anyway as for the lights. no problem with how many BUT..... he wont let them pass.. reason Front fog light aim high and no pattern.

I can aim it down but whats with the pattern?? I asked him what he ment but the grumpy old bugger wouldn't tell me. lol. I just pull the fuse on them untill I get the rest fixd and a clarification on the lights when I go back.

They have changed the rules around lights now. I can pass a WOF now by calling my roof lights "work lamps" :D
Work lamps
White or amber high intensity lamps that are not necessary for the operation of the vehicle but are designed to illuminate the area around the vehicle or the vehicle itself.
Scene lamps
Work lamps designed to provide a fixed or movable beam of light to illuminate the area around the vehicle or the vehicle itself.

Got it sussed I got a $30 dollar pair of 55 watt halogens from supercheap and mounted them on stainless brackets in front of the wing mirrors. Ive had a pair of these on our farm quad as the main lights for 2 years now and they are a suprising little light. set at a 45 deg angle they give periphial light out to past 90deg of the driverImage the wiring goes through the quaterlight to a dash switch. For wof ill just pull the plugs Also fitted a dash switch for the reverse lights - handy for shutting gates and hooking up trailers at 4.30 in the morning
