1omm plate for base 7mm for sides just thick angle iron to were the nudge bar bolts to

10 mm plate for the bass and 7 for the sides sorry no pics of the chassis mount

i know this thread is quite old but i am very interested in that winch set up any chance you may still have measuerments lying around for that winch set up at all ???

Measurements depends on what are you up to fit in your swb.....you can go for a regular 8000 pounds electric winch to a massive Warn 8274.....both pictured here below

You can get some ideas out of the Ramsey website where you can download several mounting applications for several vehicles manufacturers and then customize yours.
Not sure if you have welding skills .....if not, demand the help of a good/qualified welder unless you like the idea of flying winches...

If you do a search under my username you will see a bunch of pics on my winch mount.

Mine has proven very strong. Snatched and winched both my truck and patrols, land cruisers and other big vehicles.

The front of the Isuzu's are hard to do an easy mount on.
