plastic interior

Any ideas??
The Mu I just got was fitted with oversized speakers screwed over the portal for the original speakers/ into the plastic cover. they had to come out as no one could easily get in or out unless a limbo champ! Has anyone tried to plug to holes left in their plastic dash/ interior from previous overzealous owners??
Cheers
