92 MU Blowing white smoke.

Hey there all, I have a 92 Isuzu MU 2.8 TD. She is blowing white smoke and i cannot hear the turbo spooling anymore...........Curiosity got to me so i pulled my air flow off the turbo to take a peek inside and issue was as followed. Looking at the turbo seemed all fine. Without the car being on obviously i put my finger inside the turbo to see if it was spinning. I noticed that the bolt inside was loose! So i tightened it up and then noticed i couldnt spin the turbo fan with my finger nor would it spin once i turned it on. So i loosened the bolt again so the fan could spin but it seemed really noisy and like it didnt want to spin, i also couldnt help but notice some oil inside around the edges and fan of turbo........:S . Could this be the end of my turbo? Id also like to add that i do not have an inter cooler either and i just replaced my gearbox mounts. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a dead turbo. A little bit of oil in there is not a concern

I'm sorry to say but it sounds like your turbo is kaput

Well if anyone knows of someone selling a turbo and the oil lines would be greatly appreciated if you could send them my way.
