Get help fixing your Isuzu from other club members

Crankshaft Pulley

I try to replace timing belt on 3,1 liter motor,Do i have to take out the big bolt?The 4 smaller ones are out yet the pulley will not move, I tryed to heat it,Has anyone same problem?Impact tool did not move it.

Do not remove the big bolt
Have a read of the FAQ on the timing belt replacement

I used a 3 arm pulley removal tool thingmigig but that was with the engine out

My one came loss but was not damaged (found it when doing the timing belt) to tighten it up I barrowed a socket wrench that on the arm after 120mm there is a pivoit and then a long arm you put an impact socket on it and set it up so that you can belt the long end with a big hammer
