whats the best coolant to use in 3.1

Im just wondering what is the best coolant to use in the 3.1 engine and what everybody else is using in their mu's also what is a good after market temp gauge.

I use tank water and castrol RCI in my MU's

I went and bought some nulon stuff today fitting a big single thermo fan out of a astra with 3 speed fan also craig davis thermo switch and some custom wiring to get all 3 speeds working hope it works ok.

My last fill was Nulon Its good stuff. Only changed it because of viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1805

The only reason i chose nulon i run it in my computers water cooling system yep i play games so my computers are water cooled and overclocked.
