4jg2 fuel pump

my pump has started to weep abit. Can u buy new ones or only rebuild. Wat would b an average price? Is the manual pump same as the auto? Cheers

the top seal and accelerator seal can be changed in place but its a pain of a job and few diesel specialists like doing it. Dont expect a guarantee. Those 2 seals cost about $30 but it was still 300 5 years ago on my pump. Rebuilds start around 1000
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

One of my pumps started to weep a few years ago. I ran some injector cleaner through it regularly for a while. It stopped leaking. I still chuck the odd bottle through it occasionally.
