M8 bolts through the pullys. Lock them so they dont move.

Some more info for you Wayne..

Gates.JPG

maybe use the VKMA99004S number, this is a kit number.

If you want a copy of the Gates catalog for Australia it's here

http://www.gates.com/australia/brochure ... n_id=12084

It says the Rodeo (pickup) 4JB1 belt is the T966 but the Jackaroo (Trooper) 4JB1 is T844....

Cheers

Ok by the looks of it your going to have a lot of trouble finding that belt in the US, I just went through the US catalog and it's not listed under anything.

I bought my belt from roodogs4x4spares on ebay for $45, that's the Sun one. Maybe he can help you out.

8 mm bolt into top left pulley when pulley is in the correct position, you can see hole in the pulley in the top photo at about 5 o'clock. should be able to turn by spanner to correct position before you remove the belt.. then fit bolt.. old site had great info on this.

i got my belt from an industrial belt and bearing company ... often they carry timing belts for industrial machines... we use timing belts at my work a lot.

Probably best to email him (http://www.roodogs4wd.com.au/) as he doesn't list them on eBay, just the rebuild kit I got from him.
