Best get an engine shop to do this as they can also measure the outside of the crank and the keyway. When the pulley comes loose it wears the spacer that the pulley is bolted to and this can damage the crank. At worst its a replacement crank although reconditioners have a few tricks to fix minor damage, at best the pulley and spacer and bolt need to be changed
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
