fuel tank cleaning

It looks like my fuel tank is full of crap and I only filled it up last week what's the best way to clean it out I have to drain it into jerry cans and take the tank out.
So what's the best stuff to use to flush out the fuel tank.
I was changing fuel lines for new ones chasing a air leak had to big a fuel hoses 9.3 mm instead of 8 mm hoses and I have a water trap priming pump full of crap its only been in the car for about 2 months I was getting a bad miss when I started it up in the mornings runs good when its warmed up.
