How would one test a boost compensator?
I tried the following but did it perform as expected?
Disconnected the boost line from the intercooler and connected the line to the boost compensator to a controllable pressure source (bike pump) using the boost guage to monitor. Set hand throttle at 2000 then pumped to 20psi. I would have expected an increase in revs as the extra boost should have increased fuel. What really happened was Nothing. Is this correct?
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
