ENGINE OIL CHANGE FOR D-MAX 2008 4JJ1 3.0 16V

I have the Isuzu D-MAX 2008 Diesel, with engine type 4JJ1 - 3.0 LIT - 16V. The total kilometers are 200,000 km. What type of oil engine should I use (density, best brands etc)? Are there certain specifications that the oil should meet? Thanks a lot!

I use castrol RX Super 15w40 in all my isuzu's

The specs say it should run dexos2 5w/30, when I worked at holden it made the engines noisy and the oil was black in no time, i run 15w/40 in my 4 personal utes with tuned 4jj1, engines are quieter and oil stays clean
