Bugger too late its gone and temp sender is in there, must mean if disconnected tells auto its hot enough because it still goes into overdrive. thanks for the info, could you tell me the sender at the back of the thermostat, and if i read it right it controls how long the glow plugs stay on and advances timing? mine has a broken wire does it mean its sending a signal advancing my timing on all the time? its starts ok usually first time if i wait to hear the little click usually just after light goes out
