Blower motor replaced, no air through vents

Hi Guys, i have just replaced my blower motor (the old one was making a terrible noise, sounded like a bearing)
but now with the new motor installed, there is no air blowing through the vents, any help will be much appreciated?

A guess. Either the new motor is faulty or you have missed a wire
