There is a resistor pack that controls your fan speeds. It is possible that this is faulty.

I replaced mine. Got a new one from the local Isuzu dealer. It needed a bit of a tickle up to fit and a bit of thought regarding wiring but it went in and still goes.

check your battery voltage with the engine running. It will be 14.5 or 12 or less
hopefully option A. If its B then a new alternator and charge relay will fix

I think the charge relay is different. In my MU, the blue charge relay wasn't swappable with the other black relays.

Had the alternator fail, and had to replace charge relay as well.

I'd agree with Geeves. If you have around 14 volts then your charge relay should be fine.
Do not swap your charge relay with other relays in the quest to find the problem, they work differently.
You say "i have no power at the main fuse & no power getting to the switch". Do you mean the larger MAIN fuse or are you just saying that there is no power to the fuse that should control the heater fan switch?
Is there anything else that doesn't go?

no its just the heater fan that doesnt work. there is power to the larger main fuse just not to the small heater fuse.
