turbo timer stops thermos

hi i have an aftermarket turbo timer in a 96 mu. When i use it , it stops my twin thermo fans running. Has any 1 else had this problem?

It will be how your thermos are wired to accessory, my turbo timer has two levels of accessory power, turns of radio but leaves aircon on

both fans r running on thermo switch. Mu is booked in 4 sparky work next week . I
want 2 run 1 fan on ignition & the other on the thermo switch. Hopefully they sort out the turbo timer as well
